Desires of Your Heart

I just love this verse and the past couple of weeks I have been working towards doing just this. I have been trying to make a conscious effort to pray more and be thankful for my blessings - because even though I forget from time to time - I am so blessed, beyond measure. Here is my Facebook status from yesterday:

My mom has told me more than once that she feels the devil is trying to steal my joy. I am constantly having to learn "life's little lessons" in the hardest way I can find. Today, for the first time in what seems like forever, I feel like I am beating him. Not only beating him, but so JOYously celebrating in my circumstances of today! :)

The past two days have been so fabulously wonderful. I felt, for the first time in a long time, that I was being very productive, and instead of taking two steps back or marching in place, I was moving forward. Getting somewhere - my efforts are starting to pay off. And let me tell you, it feels great. I know there will always be highs and lows, but one thing is for certain, you are never alone.

I finally introduced my newest niece, Evelyn Joy & shared a birth announcement I designed for her.

I shared part of the baby boom happening with the Jacksonville Jaguars here and here.

I decided to shift away from the 101 in 1001 approach & instead started focusing on monthly goals.
