One thing I love about designing paper goods and other details for a wedding is creating a logo for the event. I always start here and build out from there. I love having a graphic that can be carried throughout all the details and it helps give the event a cohesive look and feel. For our wedding I created a main logo as well as an alternate logo to use on smaller items like invitation belly bands and closure stickers.
I wanted our alternate logo to look the same as our main one but it needed to fit in smaller places. I love how it turned out and I used it on our RSVP cards, belly bands, and stickers for the envelopes. Below is a mockup I did of our invitation suite before I had it printed and you can see how I used the alternate logo.
