CANDIED PECANS, MY GO-TO HOMEMADE CHRISTMAS GIFT

These are something I make every year at Christmas. It's perfect for family, neighbors, co-workers and gift exchanges (paired with a gift card or other small gift). When I started making these, years ago, I was using one of the first recipes that came up on Google but over the years I've put my own spin on them (* brown sugar 😋). They are delicious, always a hit, and a treat we have once a year.

I love to gift them in wide mouth mason jars, tied up with some chunky yarn and a gift tag. These jumbo tags are my favorite and I get them from Southern Fried Design Barn. They're, sadly, no longer available but I found these super cute Santa gift tags.

Let me know if you make these for yourself!
